If you haven't done so already, please familiarize yourself with the Parent Handbook. In it you will find important info such as: attendance policy, birthday celebrations, grading policy, visitor procedures, and much much more.

You can complete your form online from any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection. If you do not wish to submit the form online, you can request a paper version from the school.
This form must be completed each school year for all children attending pre-k through high school — it is VERY important for all families to submit, regardless of income. It’s quick and easy, and you only need to submit once for all children in your household attending school.
